Our client is a prestige main dealership looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor for their dealership.
Working within a small but busy department, you will be focused on delivering unrivalled levels of customer service and a modern and efficient parts service. The main priority will be to maintain a high level of service to the back-counter, but you will be involved in all areas of the Parts Dept.
Parts Advisor Role:
You will be working within a passionate and committed Parts Department that focuses on delivering an excellent Parts service.
You will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts department, including goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns, and liaising with Service over parts-related matters. Parts verification experience would be beneficial.
You will be expected to deal with customers with a professional and personal focus, as expected by the brand.
A good technical/mechanical understanding will aid your parts identification and up-sell technique.
Completing E-VHC parts requests is also part of the role.
As a Parts Advisor:
You will ideally have a minimum of 3 years Parts Advisor experience and MUST either currently or previously have worked within a Main dealership environment.
Excellent customer handling skills are essential to this position.
Preferably, but not essential, you will have experience with Kerridge / ADP.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team are required.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm
Saturday 9am – 1pm (one in a 1-in-3 rota)
