About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Corporate Finance team as a Transaction Services Assistant Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading teams on complex financial transactions, utilising your expertise in corporate finance to deliver exceptional results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and delivering strategic advice to our clients.
You will work closely with our Advisory team, who provide a wide range of services that deliver value-led advice and outcomes. They have an in-depth knowledge of business, industry sectors, and markets and understand the constantly changing risks and opportunities at the heart of our clients' affairs.
Our team works across strategy, operations, and improvement, as well as at a transactional and defined project level. From technology to risk advisory, we are experts in following through on top-level instructions and resolving the finer details – all in one straightforward package.

* ACA/ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent) or relevant work experience
* Experience of working within a corporate finance department
* Previous management experience
