Working Pattern: Full-time Hybrid, travel to different sites required
Salary: £35,000

As the IT Compliance and Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for a diverse number of responsibilities that widely impact the organisation covering systems' administration, compliance, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Compliance: Collaborate with IT leadership and teams to deliver a focused, secure and compliant service, develop and maintain compliance frameworks, and manage IT compliance projects
* Training and Issue Resolution: Ensure regular IT security and compliance training for staff, conduct assessments and audits, and work with the IT team to resolve identified issues
* Reporting and Standards Management: Manage internal and external compliance processes, ensure efficient reporting of standards compliance, and develop compliance reports for senior leadership.
* Develop Systems Expertise: Gain a detailed understanding of core IT applications and technologies, and become the specialist providing support and guidance to staff
* Training and Communication: Facilitate enhanced use of systems, train site-based systems champions, and work with senior leadership to identify and address IT training needs
* Support and Prioritisation: Support staff with technical training requests and prioritise these requests according to the relevant recording system
* Learning Resources and Training: Develop comprehensive learning resources, including a library of standard operating procedures, help videos, technical guidance, and induction training for staff
* Innovation and Systems Development: Follow IT developments to implement innovative approaches, participate in systems development and integration, and ensure staff have access to necessary training
* Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors for training resources and maintain a cloud-based training and development solution.
Key Requirements:
* The ability to manage large complex projects and troubleshoot issues when necessary.
* Experience in supporting effective change and implementing processes and procedures across an organisational remit
* Formally or informally designing and delivering technical training to audiences with diverse skill levels
* Strong organisational skills with the capability to prioritise and manage personal workload effectively.
* Able to handle varied and demanding tasks under pressure while consistently meeting operational deadlines.
* Innovative mindset that drives solution-oriented outcomes, with a talent for developing and clearly communicating new ideas and processes
* Ability to communicate IT concepts to non-technical audiences including Senior Leaders, managers, and staff
Travel between locations will be required. They have a travel claims policy to ensure you are supported in the travel requirements of the role.
A Full Enhanced DBS check will also be required for the successful candidate.
