JOB PURPOSE
Reporting into the Fulfilment Manager, the Fulfilment Planner will be responsible for effectively managing new civil work installations through to commissioning. To effectively liaise with team members and other departments within Flogas relating to any civil work issues. To assist with the administration of the civil work installations and upgrades of Bulk LPG sites, whilst maintaining a good working relationship between the customer and Flogas UK Ltd and suppliers.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Scheduling of all non-crane vehicle jobs through in-house scheduling system in accordance with company SLA’s
2. Managing the Engineers holidays and standby requirements
3. Ensuring the timely processing of completed work order paperwork and critical data
4. Raising of additional work orders from completed work
5. Ensure work is completed to agreed department SLA
6. Ensure that all materials for the work have been ordered
7. Ensure that all LPG safety and operational procedures are adhered to in the execution of planning
8. To ensure administrative procedures are followed
9. Accurately provide customers information on the progress of work orders

JOB HOLDER REQUIREMENTS
1. Be able to build strong working relationships with engineers
2. Competent telephone skills
3. Good organisational skills
4. Have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate to Flogas employees on all levels
5. Be able to communicate with customers directly, handle and champion any issues that might arise
6. Have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office packages
7. Be able to work outside normal working hours, when the business requires
8. Have a flexible working approach and be able to convey a positive attitude to staff and customers at all times
