About you Essential: Previous experience in credit management, cash collection, and billing. Expertise in process improvement and driving efficiency. Leadership skills with a proactive “can-do” attitude. Ability to influence and drive change. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proven track record at a senior management level. Member of Chartered Institute of Credit Management. Desirable: Knowledge of rental or insurance billing and cash collection processes.
