Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end program management for prioritized projects, ensuring they are executed on time within scope, and on quality standards.
* Define objectives, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
* Collaborate with project teams to remove obstacles, allocate resources, and maintain project schedules.
* Provide regular updates to executive leadership and stakeholders on the status of projects and process success metrics.
* Conduct post-project reviews to gather lessons learned and implement process improvements.
