Are you an experienced, detail-oriented professional with a passion for helping clients move seamlessly through the home-buying process? We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Home Sales Progressor to join a dynamic team based in Leicester for 12 weeks on a temporary position.
Our Client is a well-established and growing property company specializing in the sale of new homes. With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and building quality homes, we are expanding our team and looking for an individual who can help us maintain our high standards and deliver an outstanding experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and progress property sales from reservation to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
2. Liaise with buyers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and keep all parties informed.
3. Provide regular updates to customers and internal teams regarding the status of each sale.
4. Coordinate with site managers, contractors, and other departments to ensure timely completion of properties.
5. Handle any queries or issues raised by customers, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
6. Maintain accurate records of all communication and documentation related to each sale.
7. Ensure all compliance and legal requirements are met throughout the sales progression process.
8. Provide exceptional customer service, going the extra mile to deliver a positive experience for all clients.
Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience in a sales progression role, ideally within the property or new build sector.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
5. Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
6. A proactive, solution-focused attitude with a customer-first approach.
7. Knowledge of the property sales process, including legal and financial aspects.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
