**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Lovato Electric UK.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement a dynamic business plan to drive sales growth and revenue.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, regional managers, and distributors.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both project-based and serial use.
* Support the demonstration of products and solutions to customers at a high level.
* Manage and report expenditure in accordance with company timescales.
**Requirements**
* An electrical qualification coupled with demonstrable experience in the sale of industrial energy management and/or automation solutions is preferred.
* Proficiency with MS Office applications.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, including digital platforms.

* Performance against sales budget and sales management processes.
* Performance against business objective targets.
