The ideal candidate will be eager to mentor and develop a team within a fast-paced and technically driven environment. Your role will be instrumental in fostering the company's growth and maintaining the reputation for quality and excellence in the stone wholesaling market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute yearly plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market. Manage and oversee the sales team to drive sales performance, including setting sales targets and monitoring team members' performance. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Manage / have oversight of delivery schedules Manage / have oversight of sampling Lead the sales time in promoting the business with open days, working with organisations such as BIID to develop training days and customer visits. Key Experience Required: Proven work experience as a sales manager or a similar role in the building supplies, interior design or construction related industry. Strong business sense and industry expertise. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills IT literate LIve within easy commuting distance of Kingston Upon Thames.
