Job summary We are looking for an efficient and friendly administrator to join our Community Services admin team in Bath, in particular to provide admin and clerical support to BANES Psychological Therapies and Allied Health Professionals Teams. The post holder will need a wide range of administrative skills and to be able to use Microsoft Office applications and IT packages confidently. There will be elements of customer service, problem solving and the need to be flexible to meet the demands of the team. These teams support people in the community with their mental health. This role will include liaising with service users, their families/carers and other health and social care professionals. You will need to have good communication skills, some empathy towards mental health and a degree of resilience. Please note - this vacancy is not eligible for a sponsorship. Main duties of the job This is a varied office based administration role and will require the post holder to be flexible and able to adapt to changes in workload. There will be appointments to book, meetings to arrange and minutes to take, along with use of AWP and NHS systems for team rostering and purchase ordering, and whatever admin tasks are needed to support the service. You will have the opportunity to attend numerous training courses and will have regular formal supervision and an annual appraisal.
