Job Summary
An award-winning UK architecture practice is seeking an Architecture Director to lead a design studio team. The Architecture Director vacancy has come about due to a retirement within the senior team.
The practice is well known for producing superb quality architecture. They have projects in the UK and internationally. It’s not a huge firm, so people know each other, and contributions are recognised. It’s fair to say that they punch well above their weight in terms of projects and reputation. The practice gets brought in to design anything from museums, to offices, mixed-use regeneration schemes, housing or even infrastructure projects.
We’d like to hear from Architecture Directors who can deliver the highest quality design, lead design teams, and manage and evolve client relationships. At present, those with a track record of UK residential and regeneration schemes are of particular interest.
The client is open to considering people from £80K up to six figures. Whilst not guaranteed, equity could be an option for the Architecture Director in the not to distant future.

After a year of working with other recruiters, with less than satisfactory results, we decided that a more focused approach was needed to build our London healthcare team. We retained Stephen to run a multi-hire project. Stephen created a multichannel recruitment campaign, utilising video content, written and graphical content. He also conducted a headhunt search. Stephen’s efforts resulted an exceptional group of healthcare architects for us to interview and ultimately led to us making 3 new hires for the team.
We whole heartedly recommend Stephen for any senior or multi-hire recruitment projects.
