The Supervisor plays a key role in achieving these standards, leading by example and inspiring teams through passion and belief in our brands. Responsibilities include: Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve high levels of customer service, sales, and profit. Support management in managing personnel, product, and business processes for the store. Participate in weekly management meetings and communicate promotions to staff. Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team. Foster a positive store experience. Ensure consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance. Achieve personal sales targets and manage store operations. Focus on quality relationships with customers. Implement best practices for visual merchandising. Work with management to build a talent pool for key positions. About YOU Previous supervisory experience in a premium or luxury brand. People management skills with conflict resolution ability.
