Mileage paid at 45p per mile

Essential Criteria
The ideal Support Worker will:
* Be a car driver with access to a vehicle for work, business insurance, and be prepared to travel across Hampshire when required.
* Able to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays according to the needs of those we work with.
* Have experience of working with vulnerable people.
* Understand and promote independence.
* Understand the needs of vulnerable people/people with a learning disability.
* Possess good communication skills: verbal, non-verbal, and written.
The Role
The role of the Support Worker (known internally as Support Partner) is to provide excellent and flexible person-centred support across Hampshire in line with YOU’s values at all times. This multi-faceted role includes time-limited enablement support to help someone learn a new skill in their own home or the community; community-based support where small groups of people are supported to access volunteering, occupational, social, and leisure activities; homecare where individuals could be supported with personal care, housing support, budgeting, social and daily living activities, and emotional support.
