We are pleased to introduce a new role to our growing team at Victoria Beckham Beauty. Based in London and reporting to the Vice President of Talent (People) in New York, our new People Manager will be a critical part of the employee experience. This role will partner with us to manage key people functions with a focus on supporting our growing wholesale business. This role encompasses ownership of recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee experience. Specifically, it will work with hiring managers to identify top talent, lead a seamless onboarding process, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and contribute to creating a workplace culture of excellence. * e Act as the go-to people partner for European wholesale and corporate team members, offering daily support and strategic guidance across the employee lifecycl
* e.Support employee relations needs with a thoughtful, people-first approach—coaching managers and resolving employee issues as they aris
* e.Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR practices across European markets; maintain policies and recommend updates as neede
* d.Own onboarding and offboarding experiences across the region; ensure consistent, high-touch processes that align with global Talent standard
* s.Partner with the VP of Talent to refine and implement Talent programs and policies that enhance the culture, performance, and engagement of our tea
* m.Oversee people operations including employee data, benefits coordination, compliance audits, and reporting need
* s.Partner with hiring managers to identify and scope key open roles across corporate and wholesale team
* s.Collaborate with global Talent colleagues to align on recruiting practices, recruiting priorities, DEI initiatives, and onboarding best practice

o ns3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in high-growth, consumer, or retail environmen
o tsExperience supporting regional teams across Europe, ideally with exposure to wholesale and/or corporate functio
o nsSolid understanding of UK and EU employment law and HR compliance practic
o esA collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skil
o lsProven ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and sound judgme
