HGV2 Drivers Wanted for Events Company – Immediate Starts Available
The Best Connection (Staines) is currently recruiting Class 2 drivers for a well-established events and catering company based in Hounslow.
Pay Rates:
* £18ph - Monday to Friday and Saturday
* £22ph - Sunday
Shift Allocation:
* 6am starts
* 6-10 hours per shift
* Full-time and part-time drivers are welcome to apply
Driver Responsibilities:
* Driving yourself and a driver’s mate to deliver event equipment to high-end events and venues across London and the South-East
* Loading and unloading with handball involved
* Adhering to delivery and collection schedules, following all directives professionally and promptly
* Interacting professionally with dispatchers and customers
* Following all safety policies and procedures
* Attending event set-ups with a fleet of HGVs, vans, and driver mates
Driver Requirements:
* Cat C Driving Licence, CPC, Digi Tacho
* Previous HGV driving experience with no more than 3 points for minor offences
* Physically fit for handballing and unloading
* Good customer service and professional skills
