Job Title: Building Safety Officer Job Location: -Birmingham (hybrid working, with travel to the West Midlands) Salary: £33,000 - £41,800 Contract type: Permanent Working hours: 37 hours - Full time Close date - 03/03/2025 Interview date - 07/03/2025 About the role This is an exciting role within a fast paced and dynamic established team. The successful candidate will oversee a selection of buildings to ensure the organisation fulfils its statutory obligations regarding all current and future fire regulations, including Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, Fire Safety Act 2021, and Building Safety Act 2022. It is essential the ideal candidate has knowledge around these legislations/regulations and an understanding of the responsibilities/implications and actions for an organisation/ individuals to be conducted. Please note that the successful candidate would be required to commute around the wider West Midlands region sites 3-4 times a week.
