This role would suit a skilled Photocopier Engineer, who enjoys a varied and dynamic role, ideal for someone enthusiastic and looking to grow with the company, with the opportunity to advance into a management position. What we need from you: Minimum of 3 years' experience in diagnosing and repairing office equipment in particular photocopying machines
Strong technical skills in photocopier, printer, and scanner maintenance
Experience with IT support, particularly in network integration and troubleshooting related to office hardware
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and customer relation skills
You will need to hold a UK Driving Licence
Desirable: Certifications in office equipment maintenance
Experience with Toshiba, Konica Minolta, and Epson equipment is a significant advantage
Knowledge of PaperCut or similar software solutions
What the role involves: You will be mainly working with clients across the Midlands, with very occasional travel to other locations in the UK. Duties include: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on photocopiers, printers, and scanners
Moving, installing, IT setup and training of heavy photocopier machines equipment (training on the moving equipment will be provided)
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimise downtime with a high first-fix ratio
Provide IT support related to the integration and functionality of office equipment
Learn and support AV equipment and alarm systems (training provided)
Collaborate with customers to provide exceptional service and technical support
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in office equipment
Salary: £25,000 - £33,000 per year. Hours: Monday to Friday 9am 5.30pm.
