You will be expected to:
1. Put together standard operating procedures to enable available support to be easily accessed by our residents.

Essential skills include:
1. Ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines.
2. Excellent customer service skills.
This position will involve hybrid working, with a requirement to attend the office on a regular basis and attendance at events. You will also be expected to deliver and help service users with installation of their gadgets across the County.
