About the Role
This is a growing domiciliary care setup with two branches in Nottingham and Eastbourne with its Head Office in Bletchley Milton Keynes. The successful administrator will join us in the Head Office to manage day-to-day office operations, including tasks like answering phone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, maintaining files, coordinating meetings, managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth functionality by overseeing administrative tasks and procedures.
Responsibilities
1. Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
2. Act as the first contact or face of the Company
3. Scheduling appointments and meetings for Staff Members
4. Coordinating internal and external events
5. Managing calendars and appointment systems
6. Filing and organizing documents electronically and physically
7. Maintaining accurate record keeping
8. Ordering and managing office supplies
9. Preparing invoices and payroll
