As an Impact Reporting Officer, you will play a crucial role in showcasing the significance of our work through detailed and insightful impact reporting.
As the Impact Reporting Officer, you will be responsible for the collation, analysis, reporting, and communication of information relating to the NCC's impact. You will work closely with stakeholders, perform desk-based research, and collaborate with various business functions to promote and implement the NCCs Impact Framework. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data integrity, enjoys developing data collection strategies, and has a knack for creating compelling messages and stories.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collate impact data and evidence from across the NCC for regular reporting to major stakeholders.
* Record and maintain qualitative and quantitative data on the performance of the companies the NCC works with and develop relevant trend analyses.
* Continuously improve processes and systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
* Collaborate with the NCC Communications team to create compelling messages, impact stories, and case studies.
* Represent the NCC at internal and external meetings on impact measurement to drive thought leadership.
* Work collaboratively with business functions to introduce strategies and processes for monitoring and reporting KPIs, outputs, outcomes, and impacts against the Impact Framework.
So, what are we looking for?
* Significant experience in a business, economics, digital or data related field; or a background in reporting.
* Experience working with large datasets, building reports, and dashboards.
* Excellent Excel skills are essential, and experience with data visualisation tools like PowerBI is highly preferred.
* Strong ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* A proactive approach to improving data collection strategies and reporting mechanisms.
* Experience in a dynamic multi-functional business environment would be beneficial.
