Guest Service Agent
Overview
The Quorn Country Hotel is currently hiring Guest Service Agents to provide a pleasant and professional experience for our guests. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented person who wants to make guests feel welcome and special while also enhancing their experience with our staff.
Responsibilities
* Greet guests as they arrive at the property
* Answer phones in a professional manner and in reference to their guest experience
* Take reservations, check-in/check-out, issue receipts, and send messages to guests upon check-in/out using proprietary software
* Respond to guest requests by name, obtaining payment and providing information about hotel specials
* Evaluate each guest’s needs to provide them with outstanding service and ensure that their requests are met
* Maintain the highest level of professionalism when dealing with guests of all ages
* Accurately collect and follow instructions from staff members as well as follow all written procedures and protocols for the property
* Ensure that all rooms are clean and tidy, with all necessary items (e.g., towels, linen, breakfast trays) laid out
* Make sure that guests feel welcome and are not being treated unfairly
* Complete other tasks assigned by management or property owners as needed

Pay: £7.86-£11.00 per hour
