Admissions Coordinator - Young Learner Division
Location:UK, Brighton (Hybrid working; office-based min 3 days per week)
Role Type:Full Time, Fixed Term from 3 February until 31 July 2025
Compensation:£25,400 pro rata basis
Summary:
The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for processing individual and group student applications, as well as managing pre-arrival enquiries related to student bookings. This administrative role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role requires strong prioritisation and organisational skills to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately process student applications and input data into the system.
* Gather and manage essential student information, including travel details, health records, and personal data, ahead of courses.
* Prepare and distribute booking confirmations, invoices, and visa documentation.
* Foster strong relationships with agents and both internal and external stakeholders globally.
* Adhere to the EC Young Learners Code of Conduct, as well as all local policies and procedures related to academics, welfare, and safeguarding.
