The role of the New Business Telesales Executive is to identify and develop exciting new business opportunities over the phone and to support the wider Sales Team with day-to-day administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for the management of the pre-sales process, the booking of demonstrations into BDM diaries, the follow-up process and the accurate completion of records within the company’s CRM system. You will also be expected to contact potential clients to introduce Care Control and gather important market research. Clients will be primarily from the care sector and will require both remote and face-to-face demonstrations, which you will help organise and book.
As a New Business Telesales Executive, you will regularly be the first point of contact for prospective Care Control clients. You are expected to have a strong understanding of the care sector and be capable of providing clients with detailed advice on Care Control software. Additionally, you will assist in the development of new business which supports Care Control’s overall growth strategy. You will provide a significant contribution to new product sales and gain exposure to all levels and functions within the business.
Responsibilities
1. Discover potential clients and cultivate those relationships to generate sales.
2. Dedicate specific focus on outbound calling and generating new business leads.
3. Your mission is to effectively showcase the top-notch products and services offered by the company, all while keeping in mind the unique needs and objectives of our clients.
4. Accurately record all relevant information on the company’s CRM system, gathering and documenting customer information, purchases and reactions to our products.
5. Keeping up to date on all products and informing clients of new products.
6. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales client support.
7. Help build long-term relationships with new clients.
8. Arrange timely business meetings with prospective clients.
9. Support the wider sales team with key sales opportunities as requested.
10. Liaise with Implementation, Support and Finance Teams as and when necessary.
11. Support with general administrative duties within the wider Sales Team as and when required.
12. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Experience & Qualifications
1. English and Maths to GCSE or A-Level standard.
2. A positive and hardworking attitude with the ability to work under pressure, both individually and as part of a team.
3. A proven track record of working in sales, experience in the health industry would be advantageous, although not essential.
4. Dynamic with a good sense of humor and a passion for achievement and success.
5. Ability to self-manage, with a high level of self-motivation and organisation.
6. Pride in your work & attention to detail.
7. Have excellent communication skills with evidence of an organised & structured approach to work.
8. Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
9. A self-learner, keen to learn and seek continuous improvement.
10. Ability to engage & cooperate with various business stakeholders from all business levels & various technical competencies.
