We’re working with a leading regional law firm to find a warm, capable, and detail-focused Legal Secretary to join their friendly Private Client team. This is a firm where people stay long term, are treated with respect, and are given every opportunity to grow.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting a team of Private Client solicitors with a varied caseload
* Audio typing and preparing correspondence, wills, LPAs, and legal documents
* Liaising with clients (often elderly or vulnerable) with empathy and professionalism
* Diary management, meeting coordination, and file preparation
* Helping to manage estate and probate administration paperwork
* Supporting with digital and paper filing, billing, and client record management
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has Legal Secretary experience within a Private Client department
* Understands the importance of discretion, accuracy, and client care
* Is confident using MS Office and legal case management systems
* Communicates clearly and compassionately – both with clients and colleagues
* Works well as part of a team and takes real pride in their work
