Job summary
Reception duties, booking patients in and out of clinic, answering the telephone and dealing with any queries, scanning and any other general administrative duties.
Main duties, tasks & skills required
Ensuring patients are greeted and booked into clinic and our day unit for treatment, all follow up appointments scheduled accordingly.
Corresponding with other members of the MDT team, emailing clinicians and secretaries as patients are guided through the correct pathways.
Chemotherapy and other treatments are booked to correspond with clinic appointments.
