Your Impact
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and delivering an effective internal communications strategy that keeps employees informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals. By fostering a culture of open, two-way communication, you will help create an environment where employees feel heard and valued, reinforcing the idea that communication is a shared responsibility across the organisation.
You will act as an advocate for the importance of internal communications, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s brand and values. Through the development of engaging content across various mediums, including video, you will bring company updates and initiatives to life, making them accessible and meaningful to all employees.
A critical aspect of your role will be the ongoing evaluation and refinement of internal communication efforts, ensuring they remain effective and impactful. You will also manage and moderate engagement on the People First platform, enhancing how information is shared and received. Additionally, you will work closely with HR to support EVP propositions and lead brand advocacy projects, helping to strengthen our employer brand and employee experience.
