Requirements:
* Smile and always provide friendly and professional service, with genuine care and attention to detail.
* Take initiative to welcome guests.
* Exercise a sense of urgency for guest inquiries, requests and/or concerns.
* Be knowledgeable in menu offerings and preparations.
* Prepare, stock and ensure available food options are plentiful throughout the duration of breakfast.
* Complete all assigned prep and side work with attention to detail.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company health, safety, and sanitation standards.
* Aid in the inventorying, receiving and storage of all department items as required.
* Help team members as needed to encourage a team atmosphere.
* Take pride in your role in order to embody an exceptional guest service atmosphere.
* Other duties as assigned by management.

Physical Demands: Lifting 30 lbs. maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers, and small tools. Walking, standing, reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing are required.
Environmental Conditions: Inside: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. A job is considered “inside” if the worker spends approximately 75% or more of the time inside.
Supervisory Responsibility: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
