Benefits: Fantastic 28K to 30K basic per annum basic (DOE) Superb, uncapped commission Work from home one or two days per week when required 29 days holiday (28 days birthday) Career progression available Monday to Friday opportunity Straight permanent role Early finish on a Friday (Subject to business needs) Job Responsibilities: Full 360 Recruitment Consultant role supplying temporary or permanent workers into your specialist sector above via Business development and marketing techniques, sales/cold calls and networking to gain new business Exceed sales targets and weekly branch budgets Building relationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needs Account management Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained Arranging meetings with new and existing clients Attracting candidates by drafting and placing adverts via online job boards Source, screen, interview, evaluate candidates and complete reference checks Matching workers to vacancies Building and developing your specialist sector desk The succesful candidate will have total autonomy for your own desk/division Technical Knowledge / Qualifications: Successful business development skills Account management skills Proven record of success in B2B Target driven Excellent level of customer service Must be articulate and enthusiastic A self-starter with the desire to progress within their career 12 months experience in sales / recruitment is essential. Ideally, previous experience within either, Industrial, Logistics,Finance and Accountancy or IT Knowledge of the Mansfield/Nottinghamshire area would be advantageous.
