Pobl. is an independent recruitment business that specializes in careers in medical communications. We're seeking a Senior Account Executive to join a growing healthcare advertising agency (hybrid working, with two days per week in Hitchin, Hertfordshire).

About the Role
Our client combines creativity with scientific expertise to deliver impactful healthcare advertising campaigns. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll manage day-to-day client relationships and project delivery, working across multiple pharmaceutical brands.
You'll be working in the Hitchin office on Tuesdays and Thursdays (along with the rest of the agency), with flexible working arrangements for the remainder of the week.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Lead project management across multiple pharmaceutical accounts, including timing plans and budget tracking.
2. Drive client communications and manage status reports, ensuring seamless project delivery.
3. Coordinate with creative and agency support teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
4. Monitor competitive landscapes and provide strategic insights to clients.
5. Maintain quality control and ensure consistency across brand communications.
What We're Looking For
1. Experience in healthcare advertising or medical communications as an Account Executive/Senior Account Executive.
2. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and regulatory environment.
3. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
5. Commercial acumen with experience in budget management.
