Position: Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, Business Development
Salary: Basic up to £45,000 + Bonus + Uncapped commission + car allowance
Location: UK "North"
Are you a Technical Sales Engineer / Business Development Engineer with proven experience selling into engineering companies in the Thermoforming and Vac forming / Foundry / Composites / Aerospace/Defence / Automotive or other Transport industries?
My client is looking for a new Technical Sales Engineer – the company is excellent to work for – very friendly and well established. The company manufactures high-performance epoxy tooling materials that are used in the manufacture of patterns for tooling and moulds for the production of carbon fibre parts.
The position is regional, working from home, but you must be prepared to travel extensively to your clients to enable you to build long-term relationships. (There may be the possibility of some international travel in the future.)
This is a great opportunity for someone ambitious. Marketing will supply you with plenty of leads, and there are lots of cold accounts and new accounts to convert.
There will be many opportunities for cross-selling / up-selling, and lots of opportunities to make good money. The company wants someone with experience selling into one or more of these markets: Thermoforming and Vac forming / Foundry / Composites / Aerospace/Defence / Automotive. Engineering sales experience is essential.
