Position: Fencing Labourer

About Us:
Farm Linc has been a supplier of agricultural contract services since 2009. Due to additional workload, we are now looking for a Fencing Labourer to join our busy team.
About the role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing fences across Lincolnshire. The role involves working outdoors in ALL WEATHERS and requires physical fitness, with a strong CAN DO attitude!!
Responsibilities:
* Operating Machinery and Power Tools
* Ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard
* Adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
* Enthusiastic and keen eye for detail
* Experience of Post Knocker machinery is desirable but not essential
* Driving (Essential for Work van) and towing experience (trailer) preferred
* Positive approach to problem solving with good communication skills
* First aid qualification desirable
