Caerphilly (3 days p/w on site)
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum + excellent culture and benefits
Are you passionate about leading product development from concept to launch? Do you have a knack for bringing creative ideas to life while managing every step of the process? Preferably in a Manufacturing or Engineering environment? If you have strong project management skills, a commercial mindset, and a desire to innovate, we want to hear from you!
1. Lead product development initiatives from concept through to launch.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
3. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
4. Drive creative solutions and maintain a focus on product quality.
