How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? ALign is a strategic European project whereby most European affiliates will be converging their processes and systems with the implementation of a single ERP system, SAP S/4HANA. European countries currently not in SAP Opera environment are considered in a second wave of implementation, the expansion, which will have a more structural impact and larger element of change management than others. The UK (i.e. ALUK - including Energas - and Medgas) will be part of the expansion phase as it currently runs on 4 systems (SAP ECC6, AS400 Scott, AS400 Energas and AS400 Engweld). The ALign UK Change Manager reports directly to the ALign UK Programme Manager and enables ALUK to meet its project ambitions through a structured programme of business and technology driven change. The role holder leads the planning and delivery of comms, engagement and training delivery and secures the sustainability of this change. Working closely with the UK business, the ALign UK Change Manager will be responsible for: Receive Change Impact Analysis (CIA) and training content output from Central Change team. Translate CIA into an executable action plan and deliver it to ensure business readiness for impacted stakeholders, taking business feedback and adapting as required for the individual organisations. ALign with HR regarding role changes Maintain coherence between CIA, training and overall change management Deliver the local communications and mobilisation plan, including Change Champion and Train the Trainer (TTT) network launch and development Coordinate the TTT and End User (EU) training delivery. Deliver soft skills Train the Trainer Lead update/creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to complement the training course content delivered centrally Define and deliver user helpdesk trainer support in preparation for GO LIVE Support business continuity and incident response activities during hypercare post GO LIVE, keeping accurate records of impacts and actions Embed SOPs and Key User concept for ALign sustainability Define change KPIs - for executive and operational levels Implement change KPIs to manage and monitor the progress of the change process Reporting to project on Change KPIs against programme milestones and deliverables Deputise for Programme Manager where needed The ALign UK Change Manager is a senior member of the project team made up of full or part time resources from ALUK, Cluster and external consultants ___________________ Are you a MATCH?
