Field Service Engineer - Domestic Gas (m/f/d)
Area Considerations - BN, PO, RH
As a Field Service Engineer, you are responsible for completing warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns, delivering product training to staff and customers, and supporting the Sales Team in the development of sales in the UK. In this role, you will support both the Viessmann and Vokera product ranges.
You will enjoy a high level of autonomy to resolve problems and make decisions, ensuring high-quality customer service is delivered at every opportunity. The role will be home-based covering a large geographical area.
Your Impact:
* Complete warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns
* Maintain records of performance reports
* Deliver product training to staff and customers
* Support the Sales Team in the development of sales in the UK
* Deliver best-in-class Customer Service on-site in residential properties
Who you are:
* Qualified gas engineer
* Able to demonstrate technical expertise gained through industry experience
* Have a high attention to detail
* Have a confident and adaptable work style
* Have excellent communication skills
* Ability to work closely with and develop relationships with clients

Pay: £36,200.00-£46,250.00 per year
