What are we looking for?

1. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to create impactful messaging across multiple platforms, such as social media, press releases, or donor communications.
2. Digital Marketing and Social Media: Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including using social media for engagement and online fundraising.
3. Relationship Building: Experience in building and maintaining relationships with donors, corporate sponsors, or community groups.
4. Project Management: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.

What will you be doing?
As a Comms Lead with LonSAR's Support Services Team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our vital work. Specifically, you will:
1. Craft engaging fundraising campaigns to attract donors and increase awareness.
2. Develop clear and impactful communication strategies to share our mission and successes with stakeholders, partners, and the public.
Your work will directly contribute to ensuring our team has the resources needed to support searches for vulnerable missing people in London.
Key Deliverables:
* Increasing visibility and engagement through strategic storytelling and community outreach.
* Building strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and partner organisations.
Who will you work with?
You’ll collaborate closely with our Support Services Team, a diverse group of volunteers who work behind the scenes to enable our operational success. You'll also liaise with our leadership team to align your work with LonSAR's strategic goals.
