Here's some of what you'll be doing: Hands-on Development : Actively contribute to development efforts, coding in modern technologies like .NET (C#, Azure Functions, React), and driving the technical delivery of system integrations and cloud solutions. System Integration : Build and maintain integrations with external systems, APIs, and cloud services (Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, etc.), ensuring reliable and scalable connections. CI/CD & Automation : Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Terraform to automate deployment and infrastructure management. Code Quality & Best Practices : Advocate for clean, well-tested, and secure code, adhering to industry best practices such as test automation, security measures, and continuous improvement. This role is a full time position and 3 days a week at our Hemel Support Office is required (Tuesday-Thursday). The Who To be a successful Lead .Net Developer, you'll have: Proficiency in .NET (C#, .NET Core, Web API), React, and modern cloud-native technologies such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Data Factory. Experience in building Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform and Azure DevOps Pipelines. Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and serverless computing within Azure (e.g., Azure Container Apps, Azure Functions). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment best practices. Experience with MS Fabric, Azure Cosmos DB, Swagger/OpenAPI, and API-first development. Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or similar languages for automation and integration tasks. Strong experience in building system integrations, handling communication between backend systems and external devices (e.g., APIs, payment devices, printers). Experience working in a high-performance, Agile environment, focusing on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality software.
