What’s on offer? £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, DOE Permanent, full time (37.5 hours) NHS pension scheme 27 days annual leave NHS car fleet scheme Eligible to apply for blue light card Access to Westfield Healthcare Office based Wavertree Business Park, L131FB – hybrid working available Free parking About the role Responsible for the end to end recruitment cycle, including posting roles both internally and externally, sifting applications, conducting telephone interviews and arranging final stage interviews. Ensure all new starters are verbally offered and onboarded as per company guidelines, ensuring full compliance. Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to ensure their needs are captured and met on all new hires. Influence key recruitment decisions that minimise attrition risks and promote fairness and quality in the hiring process. Provide a recruitment service that engages and encourages diverse applications. Ensure all applications are acknowledged, reviewed and all candidates are updated through all stages of the process. Ensure a fair and consistent approach is applied to all candidates. Manage the Applicant tracking system ensuring all stages are updated. Build and develop candidate pipelines from effective attraction activities, focus on community engagement and promote PC24. Attend regular meetings and arrange calls with hiring manager and workforce planning groups to communicate key updates to relevant departments. Provide support and guidance through the recruitment process with hiring managers ensuring processes are followed ensuring they have the best possible recruitment experience. Point of contact for your candidates through the process from application, interview, verbal offer, on-boarding to first day, ensuring they have a great candidate experience. About you You will bring the following skills and experience: Demonstrable knowledge and experience of recruiting & on-boarding processes and policies of candidates. Competent in using an applicant tracking system. Experience of following processes and promoting them Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to negotiate and influence Self motivated to achieve targets Ability to adapt to a changing environment Ability to plan, organise and work to tight deadlines.
