Responsibilities: As the Retention Projects Co-Ordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in the Customer Experience space with a specific focus on reducing customer churn. Your responsibilities will include: Analysing multi-platform data Presenting gap analysis (retention opportunities) Collaborating (multi-department and with Franchise Partners) on solutions to reduce customer cancellations Producing and owning a prioritised backlog of projects and mini-projects to improve retention Project managing that backlog into delivery (from technology developments to behavioural training) Reporting on the backlog and its impact against targets and KPIs Candidate Profile: We invite candidates who possess the following attributes: Previous CX / Retention Marketing experience, in either agency or client settings. Knowledge and experience of Salesforce (reporting) including PowerBi Keen attention to detail and a transparent, analytical mindset. Ability to collaborate with internal teams and confidently communicate with colleagues and Franchise Partners.
