Salary: £20,500 - £22,500 per annum
Location: Kings Hill, Kent (Hybrid Working)
Contract: 12-months FTC
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service via telephone and email.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude when engaging with clients, customers, and suppliers.
Resolve customer queries effectively and deliver solutions.
Accurately update customer records in the internal database.
Perform general administrative tasks to support the team.
Essential Skills and Experience
At least 6 months of experience in a Customer Service role, or equivalent transferable skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
An excellent telephone manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
