Stevenage MBDA is looking to recruit a Sales and Business Development Executive for a number of key campaigns, primarily within the Air Domain, with a specific focus on un-crewed systems and wider air platform access. Salary : Circa £65,000 - £80,000 depending on experience Dynamic (hybrid) working : 1 - 2 days per week on-site due to workload classification Security Clearance : British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team. You will form strong and trusted customer relationships (focused on the RAF but including links to other Front Line Commands), understanding their requirements and challenges, and articulating their needs back into the company to ensure a business-winning response. What we're looking for from you: A high degree of self-motivation and drive, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong communication and presentation skills are a key, along with the ability to develop positive relationships within MBDA and with external partners Extensive knowledge and experience of missile systems business and industry Good understanding and experience of dealing with the UK Customer community, organisation, and processes Broad and in-depth business, technical, commercial background and experience.
