Actual starting salary: £23,656 per annum Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments We are seeking a Premises Assistant to help ensure that the school sites are clean, secure, and safe for all users. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the general care, maintenance, and servicing of academy buildings and grounds Working within current health and safety legislation Providing a customer-facing / positive service Helping to maintain a clean, safe, hygienic, and secure site You will have: Practical skills in maintenance and cleaning: DIY, painting & decorating, general garden maintenance, etc. Experience of maintaining health & safety in a workplace A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Full clean driving licence with access to own transport The ability to work as part of our team and independently The role is based at Robsack Wood Primary Academy, but travel to other Academies in Hastings and St Leonards will also be required.
