Working closely within the MST team, participating in weekly clinical supervision and case discussions you’ll ensure a working knowledge of colleagues’ cases is maintained so that colleagues’ absences can be covered without disruption to treatment plans. In collaboration, you’ll work with cases in accordance with the Departments child-care and safeguarding policies and the principles of the Children Act. You’ll attend meetings at all levels including but not limited to weekly MST group supervision and consultation, Child Protection conferences, core groups, strategy discussions, family meetings, network meetings and school meetings.
