Job overview
This is an exciting role for anyone who has interest in Lymphoedema. The post requires full management of Lymphoedema caseloads including being responsible and accountable for service operations and staff development with the support from the service manager. You will be leading and working in a small team of highly trained staff to deliver excellent Lymphoedema care in the Richmond locality.
Additional training will be offered to successful candidate to enhance their knowledge and expertise on Lymphoedema care including staff management supported by human resources.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. Qualified RGN with current registration with NMC
2. Nursing Diploma or BSc (Hons) Community Health (DN)
3. Relevant post registration study at diploma/degree level and relevant CPD e.g. Lymphoedema management, Manual Lymphatic drainage, massage therapies
4. Physical Assessment Skills
5. Nurse Prescriber V100 or V150
6. Mentorship Preceptorship or equivalent
Knowledge
Essential criteria
7. Professional standards including confidentiality, clinical governance and NMC guidelines
8. Infection prevention and control standards
9. Risk assessment and management
10. Knowledge of health and safety and personal safety issues
11. Safeguarding Adults & Children
12. Understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 2005
13. Understanding of the current trends in oedema and lymphoedema management.
