What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to recruit a Nursery Assistant for our Day Care centre. Working with children aged 2 - 4 years working specifically with children with SEND.
You will be required to work delivering high quality childcare and education. Contributing to maintaining a safe, and stimulating play environment and to assist with developing opportunities which encourage social, physical, intellectual, creative and emotional development through play. We are looking for people of all ages and backgrounds who share our commitment to giving children the best possible start in life. SEND Nursery Assistants will work as part of a team providing high quality care and education to children with a range of needs in a busy environment. The successful applicant will need to show that they are committed to protecting children’s safety and wellbeing. They will demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills and an understanding of confidentiality and child development. Knowledge and experience of working with children with SEND is essential .
