My client is looking for a Facilities Coordinator in the Brentwood area. The Facilities Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the facilities administration functions, ensuring effective management of the CAFM system and providing administrative services to management teams across multiple sites. The individual will work independently, taking initiative to support site management teams in meeting contractual obligations, maintaining compliance, and mitigating service failures. Key responsibilities include finance reporting, subcontract renewal coordination, training and development of staff, and providing administrative leadership during audits. The role demands a proactive approach, effective communication skills, and a commitment to health and safety standards. Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Facilities Coordinator in a multi-contract/site or large-scale account Strong understanding of customer service and IFM service delivery Knowledge of helpdesk processes and workflows Familiarity with HR and QHS&E procedures and legislation Clear and confident communication skills Ability to prioritise workload and tasks Proactive approach and can-do attitude Technical knowledge of mechanical/electrical plant and equipment Willingness to build knowledge of contract service standards and payment mechanisms Good telephone manner and understanding of databases, word processing, and the internet Software/Tools: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook CAFM systems Certifications & Standards: Good awareness of Health & Safety working practices This is a temp to perm position, paying £17 per hour PAYE.
