We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our Flight Operations Department as a Crewing Officer. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to support and contribute to the safe and efficient operation of our flying program.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule and roster flight crew members
2. Monitor crew duty hours to ensure compliance with aviation regulations
3. Coordinate with various departments to manage crew changes and disruptions
4. Maintain accurate records of crew assignments and availability
5. Assist in resolving crew-related issues and disruptions
6. Communicate effectively with crew members regarding their schedules and any changes
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in crew scheduling or a similar role within the aviation industry
2. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Proficiency in using crew management software and other relevant tools (experience with PDC is a distinct advantage)
5. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
6. Right to live and work in the UK – sponsorship is not available
7. Ability to pass Company background and criminal records checks
Additional Information:
This position is based at Bournemouth Airport and involves shift work, which may include days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays. Applicants should live within a suitable distance to ensure they are sufficiently rested for their duties.
