You will: Ensure alignment with regional and global learning and development (L&D) priorities, supporting consistency of L&D and helping to drive initiatives for Chubb UKI Lead, develop, and execute talent management strategies to drive engagement, succession planning, and retention Align talent acquisition and management strategies with the organisation’s goals and objectives Utilise recruitment technology, data analytics, and funnel metrics to inform talent strategies and measure effectiveness Develop human capital through competency development, career-path planning, and targeted learning strategies with the API leadership development teams Design and implement a holistic talent development approach covering early careers, technical skills, leadership, and career progression. Embed a culture of continuous feedback, career conversations, and recognition (IDP etc.) Build and maintain an employee communication campaign to increase engagement with our workforce Establish and maintain a cross-functional talent review process, including senior leadership talent and succession readouts Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, driving DE&I initiatives and the DE&I community. What we would like you to bring: The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in talent acquisition, talent management, DEI and performance enablement, and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. You’ll have: Extensive experience leading and managing talent development and performance enablement functions in a large, complex organisation. Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful talent development and performance enablement strategies. Collaborative and influential leadership style, with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders. Deep understanding of the talent market and challenges in a predominantly field based organisation Passion for developing people and teams, fostering a culture of learning, feedback, and recognition. Strategic and analytical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset, leveraging data and insights for innovation. Strong data analytics skills to inform talent strategies and measure effectiveness. Experience in the strategic management of DE&I. Ability to engage with diverse teams and company leadership as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
