We are looking for a site based Cluster Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, working 36 hours per week. This is an incredible leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in Site Cluster Management, supporting and developing our managers in the day to day management at Lindisfarne Priory, Dunstanburgh Castle, Warkworth Castle, Brinkburn Priory and Berwick Barracks.

As our Lindisfarne Priory Cluster Manager you will manage a visitor operation, lead a dispersed team in the delivery of consistent standards, and work through others to generate profit by meeting revenue targets and controlling costs. Delivering a smooth operation is key as this will provide a memorable experience for our staff and visitors alike.
You will oversee and lead your team of site managers in the day to day management of their sites, providing the required support in order that all important financial and compliance targets are achieved, as well as making our sites both an enjoyable and inclusive place to work..
To be a successful Cluster Manager you will need :
