Client Director/Account Executive - Leeds City Centre

A new and exciting Client Director/Account Executive opportunity has arisen working from the company’s Leeds office.
This brokerage is one of the most progressive intermediaries operating in the UK today, currently going through a growth plan and developing new regional hubs throughout England. They are a very client-focused organisation specialising in bespoke insurance schemes and products, alongside general insurance risks. There is currently a big push by the company for development this year, making it an exciting time to join this organisation.
Working closely with the MD, you will be required to develop a portfolio of clients, utilizing their outstanding infrastructure and resources. They also have a dedicated marketing/telesales team to assist with warm leads; however, it would be advantageous if you have your own pipeline of clients. This role will require frequent external client visits when necessary, and you will have autonomy in managing your time effectively.
Ideally, you will come from a strong sales background in a commercial broker environment, and it’s essential that you understand the different classes of commercial insurance and products. You should be self-motivated, confident, proactive, and have a desire to succeed. Familiarity with the Acturis system would be beneficial.

Depending on your performance, there could be equity provided in the long run, which would present a very attractive financial incentive.
