Package - Account Manager
1. £26k - £30k basic salary with uncapped bonuses and realistic OTE of £40k - £60k.
2. 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday.
3. 23 days holiday rising 1 day per year up to 27 days.

1. Prior experience within the manufacturing or engineering sectors, with a strong understanding of talent needs within these industries.
2. Committed to providing outstanding customer service with a warm, friendly, and resilient approach.
3. Driven and goal-oriented, focused on achieving revenue targets.
4. Superb verbal and written interpersonal communication skills with a talent for building rapport quickly and easily.
5. Credible and capable of influencing others with fantastic negotiation skills.
6. Team-oriented with a positive and empathetic attitude, and a good sense of humour.
7. Great listening skills and a naturally empathetic personality, with a professional, warm and friendly telephone manner.
8. Full driving licence and own vehicle.
Role - What you'll be doing as an Account Manager
1. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and lapsed clients, building and nurturing a network of key decision-makers in each account.
2. Maximising revenue streams by managing both permanent and temporary roles across industrial and commercial sectors.
3. Taking detailed, comprehensive job briefs for all roles and ensuring vacancy requirements are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Working closely with Talent Resourcers to brief them on job requirements and keeping the team updated on client activity and active roles.
5. Video interviewing shortlisted candidates and presenting them to clients, ensuring all timelines are met.
